Eventuell beim einloggen einfach mal auf "neuen Account" erstellen gehen und dort die bereits vorhandenen Daten eingeben und ausprobieren. Soll wohl auch unter komischen Umständen funktionieren und dann noch das hier:

Nutze zuerst immer Google vorallem wenn es um Probleme ganz anderer Art geht als DoW oder PC allgemein. Wenn du dann schon hier nach Hilfe suchst gib auch entsprechende Angaben über deinen Rechner etc. Es ist so schon im Prinzip ein Ratespiel, hättest du aber zuerst google bemüht wärst du sicher auf die gleichen Themen gekommen wie ich.
Ich gehe mal schwer davon aus das du 4 GB ram auf deinem Rechner laufen hast, gegen diesen Fehler hilft wohl nur ein Update des Spieles oder aber das entnehmen von 2 GB. Das hab ich zumindest auf die schnelle heraus gefunden.
