So, I could post this in crappy german, but then my point wouldn't get across properly, so english it is.

Chris Nova posted a support here, in violation of rule 1.8. 1 PP has been given to him for that. Some of you think that's pretty harsh, but there is a reason for this, the ticket wasn't resolved, I was just giving him a quick reply of the facts before dealing with it in full later, I then accidentally closed the support.

My initial, quoted reply was @ 15:24 CET. At that time, I was in college, and just posted that reply so he knew what would happen if he didn't leave the league. I then returned from college, and posted a more comprehensive reply: (this is quoted with the ESL's permission)

I was only just 10 minutes ago made aware of this topic, and as such requested I be allowed reply.

The ESL amateur series is a professional league. There is a prize pool of $2.5k euro. There is also a 1on1 ladder which people should use if they aren't playing for these prizes. In most other sections, players are required to have premium to play in the EAS, this ensures that only people who are seriously trying to win take part.

Anyway, Chris Nova's request that we allow him to reschedule his autochallenger games was unfeasable. Already, your admin team has to deal with around 425 tickets a month (eu only). Imagine how many more tickets we'd have to deal with if we let people do this.
