What language shoutcasters are you guys looking for??
I am a native English speaker and I have a very strong knowledge of the game. I know quite well how to comment and point things out in game.
Only problems are technical aspects like actually using the program, since I've never shoutcasted before and I dno if you guys want an English speaker.
