Das ist ein "Windows Error Reporting Dump Reporting Tool" Programm. dumrep -u und -k ist im endeffekt das gleiche durch die dumrep.exe. Das ist ein System Widerherstellungsprogramm, was beim größeren Abschiss von Windows mitgestartet wird und dann im Autostart bleibt. Kannst du rausschmeißen aber auch drinlassen. Kann bei größeren Problemen aber auch hilfreich sein.
