Dawnofwar.de is online for more than 2 1/2 years now and is by now the biggest fansite for Dawn of War. There isn't a company behind that success, it's a voluntary association of community members which take part as newsposter, graphic designer, moderator and many other jobs as they take part in this fan project.
To maintain the quality of our page, we're looking for motivated fans who love the game and want to spend their time to add new content to keep the page interesting and up to date.
Dawnofwar.de wants to represent Dawn of War in the best possible light on it's way to become a great multiplayer title. So, we need people for the following jobs:
• Moderator
The community keeps growing, as well as our forums. The moderator has the responsability over his part of the forums and has to take care of everything that occours in his zone. Obviously he has to be friendly, helpful and as objective as possible.
Send your application as moderator to marvin@dawnofwar.de
• Newsposter
Dow.de isn't just the forums, it's also a big newsportal. You find news to the game, it's add-ons, general events around Dawn of War, tournaments, clanchanges and much more. That's why we're still looking for newsposter. You should have a good spelling, grammar and also be independent to some degree. You don't necessarily need HTML knowledge as we use a modern online editor in our newsscript.
Send your application as newsposter to marvin@dawnofwar.de
• Shoutcaster
We run game shoutcasts and important events together with our partner Gamer-FM since over a year already. No matter if it's ESGL, ESL, the Dow.de Convention or the WCG online qualitfication, our shoutcaster are still present. If you are older then 18 years and able to speak safe and without an heavy dialect, then you're the right one to "speak to the community". Just go ahead and send us an application. You will be tested with a test replay in real life conditions where you can show your shoutcaster skills. Our jury will decide if you're the next shoutcaster for Dawnofwar.de.
Send your application as shoutcaster to marvin@dawnofwar.de
