Just to solve that question:
Buggo is a Canadian. Buggo is the Community Manager @ relic. Buggo is the God-Emperess.
Therefore, if she prefers to write in Kizuaheli, we assume she wants to read answers in Kizuaheli. If she prefers (no one would ever assume she is not able to understand German) to write in Kantoine, in Hebrew, in Inuik or in Tatooine or even in Aquamarine we will answer her appropiately. She is the God-Emperess.
But as we can see, she is willing to meld into the crowd, slowly accepting our incompetence and therefore beginning to speak German.
