    Changes in TmG *Interview*

Today, Trademark Gamers who are still competing in the WC3L Season 9 qualifier announced some changes in their WC3 squad. WinNeR is going to army and therefore has been removed from the team. Belial has gone inactive, but he will play for TmG if he returns. And Wangder has been removed officially because his personality didn't fit with the concept of the management.

As a replacement for these 3 losses, TmG has picked up SeleCT - a former SK member who won the Dawn of War tournament at the World Cyber Games 2005 in Singapore. There have been a lot of discussions about these changes, so we talked to a director of TmG - Charlie "Charlie" Hess, and he accepted to give us his opinion about the happenings around his team, and made the things clear for us. The interview can be found below:

Hi Charlie. Could you quickly introduce yourself to our readers?

My name is Charlie Hess, I'm 19, American, and work as one of the directors of Trademark Gamers. And I have a tendency to argue :)

Today we have seen some changes in your team. Could you tell us what did exactly happen with the players who are not part of TmG anymore?

Well, we've been discussing player changes and salaries for a while now. I knew WinNeR was going to the army so until further notice we took him off. Also he cannot participate in the WC3L qualifiers so he was somewhat useless at the time. Wangder, on the other hand, had been demanding more money than the management of TmG thought he was worth. We were only interested in paying a selected few players. Wangder has a very conflicting personality, and he started many fights with the management and Koreans over money, which we did not have at the time. There were no promises made to any players except that, in the case we obtained a larger sponsor, we could pay them.

So the rumours saying that the players who left where under contract and that they received promises which you failed to fulfill are not true?

No. We are signing players now, but all the players who have left were not contracted at the time.

Is Wangder the only player who has been kicked?

That's precisely the matter. Wangder has been removed from the roster because we are not willing to pay him what he demands. Some Americans left or went inactive earlier, as did Belial, and WinNeR is going to the army as far as I know. So that explains all of our roster changes. The current roster is actually incredibly happy thus far; if you are to ask any of the Americans or Caravaggio for example, they would only tell you positive things about TmG and how the management has been thus far.

After these losses, you have picked up SeleCT - the WCG Dawn of War champion, to strenghten your roster. How come he decided to switch back to WC3?

SeleCT knew Warhammer was a game with a limited life, and in all likelihood it will die out after WCG. However, he still feels he has the skills and dedication necessary to succeed in WC3 again (and we agree with him). Whether or not his studies will take higher importance is yet to be seen, but we know he will definitely be helping us in the management/communication side of things.

Are you planning to add more players to the team?

We have a few ideas, but for now I think this line-up will remain the same ;)

What are your expectations for your team in the future?

Well, we hope we can qualify for the WC3L Season IX and perform well there. It will be very difficult though, with so many incredible teams, and the fact that we are up against World Elite in the third round. We are also planning to release a very nice, new website in the coming weeks and to continue strengthening our divisions.

Ok that's about it. Is there something else you would like to add?

I would like to apologize to all of mYm whom I may have offended, and any on the SK Gaming forums, for my temper; I reacted harshly to the newspost they made on their site and without thinking. This is a common tendency of mine and I hope the people offended will overlook these posts and forgive my manners. Thank you.

Sneaky, pretty and' weak. Jus' like all dem Eldar.
