Ah well. As I always tell everyone when they start shouting: "Omfg teh patch is gonna be teh greatness!" "a new patch = new bugs and new imba's". I'm pretty sure it's gonna be better than the current one though

Q&A (which means Quality Assurance) is the last step before the release of the patch, so hopefully we'll see it in a couple of weeks now

I think the whole "change the whole race" way of patching is good because it balances the game completely but there's always someone that gets angry. The fact is that Crons are so extreme that they're either extremely OP or extremely UP which is a huge problem... and I have no idea how to fix this. Removing the bugs to start with would be a nice idea though, and then let's see how it looks then. With the right counters Crons are more or less beatable, and if the race is bugfree too then it gets a bit easier

Yes I agree... I'm just afraid that they're gonna get unplayable if you actually balance them. One thing is removing the bugs, but actually balancing them might ruin the whole race Anyway, I like the race... kinda... but I would never start playing them, not even if they got balanced. Eldar/SM will always be my favourites, and Necrons tend to get boring and balancing can't fix that issue

Yes me too, but no matter what's done to them they're still gonna be a no-skill and no-micro race

An okay game I had versus Heavenly just a few minutes ago. Heavy played pretty bad but I managed to keep my level of play at a high one which also won me the game. I don't want to reveal the secrets of the rep. so you'll have to watch it yourself. It's good if you wanna see some SM ownage, and it also shows how to counter Eldar in a fine way without too much imba abuse
