Dear DOW community! The DOW CL Season 5 start soon and you have only 2 more Weeks to sign in your Clan! So take part in the most interesting clanwar in Dawn of War!
We proudly presents the fifth Clanleague Season for DOW

The Admin Team learned from the past Clanleagues and we set up some awesome new changes.

Here are the changes:

Start of the Matchweek

The DoW Clanleague Season V starts on Wednesday! So you have one week to play your matches from Wednesday 18:00 till Tuesday 00:00

Pre match Report

Every Team has to enter a Pre Match Report by Monday 20:00. This report should just be a short greeting to the other team and stating what you expect the match to be like, remember to be sporting, if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all! You also have to enter a lineup by this time, but the lineup can still be changed up until 30 minutes before the match starts, as usual. Here's an example of a pre-match report.

If the pre-match report isn't entered, you have until Tuesday 20:00 to write a stunning pre-match report. Here's an example of a stunning pre-match report Failure to enter both the pre-match report and lineup will result in 1 PP, so get your act together!

Post match report

Teams are also required to edit their pre-match report to include the scores of their matches, the simplest format is:

Bogger 2:0 Santiago4ever
Tokreal 2:0 Servant
Stefan-Haine 1:2 Danfz
Laziness 2:0 Funny Example
Batman + Robin ∞:0 Superman + Lois Lane (fact)

On-time match Closures

This season, we will enable the clans themselves to close the matches, and enter the relevant parameter, all you have to do is to just enter the results for whatever matches were played. If the other team has entered results, just confirm it. your admin team aim to close any matches which haven't been done like this on Wednesday. This should solve your current problem of having too many matches open!

Clanleague V Troubleshooting:

If you can´t join the CL V, follow these Steps:
Even if you have already qualified for the EMS, you must register in this registration cup!

When you get to this page, choose the team you wish to enter (make sure you have admin privileges for the team), agree to our lengthy rules, and press yes!

If this doesn't work, it's because of 1 of 3 things:

You don't have enough players with GamespyIDs in your team:

To fix this, you need to get each of your players to go to his command centre:
http://www.esl.eu/eu/dow/command/ And to click on an option called "Gameaccounts (SteamID, ...)". They will have to choose "GamespyID" as the type from the drop down list, and the value is the gamespyID you use in game!
You need at least 6 Players in your Team to take part in the DOW CL V

Your team doesn't have a picture.

This is easy to fix, just find a image that you feel represents your team (and is allowed by the ESL rules). And then upload it (the option is on your team's page)

No one on your team has entered a ICQ or IRC contact details

To add ICQ/IRC, click on Edit personal info in your command centre, and there is a box on that page, make sure that you make that contact detail public by ticking the box on the right hand side!
You can get ICQ or IRC quite easily. If you use Firefox, you can get the Chatzilla addon to it.

If it still doesn't work, write a support ticket, and your friendly local admin will help you.

To find out which clans have already signed up, the comprehensive list is here - http://www.esl.eu/eu/dow/clan_league/seaso...base/members/*/
