It should be quite easy to test, start a game and click a certain amount of time and see what the replay reviewer says about it. Test it against both computer (so that you know exactly how many and what actions are being done by yourself) and against another player doing the same thing. Should give a slight hint to how reliable it is.

ah stop it! i found out that there is a actionhistiry for both players

as far as i can see both made a click at 1:43, th one i thought was for both was for dan only

epix got clicks at 1:42 twice, whats kinda like doubleclick the point and a singleone at 1:43 what a third from the former double or something else. the next one is at 1:48 so its basicly the same just that we can tell none of this is dans click.
due to the fact that by 1:42 there is no tc even on the minimap and again there is the click at 1:43 what may be a click on the point but even if, like i said, he wasnt able to see the tc and react so fast to intentionally start a invis decap, he didnt press any button or keys just made three click from 1:42 to 1:43 whats normal i think, everyone clicks similar times on a point to cap or decap it next click is on 1:48 then...

then ill guess this means, it was either coincidence or he planed it all along!
btw going for decap and not observe your suits is somewhat careless in your range of skills, is it not
